🦃🧡🏃🏼‍♀️Our Annual Turkey Day Run/walk is coming up!
On Thanksgiving Day come to Sedg co park (13th st side by the bathrooms. Where we always meet) with the whole family or just yourself to get some steps in🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️!

This is totally free and on your own! You can do it by yourself or bring friends and family! Go at your own fitness level and distance!

We love getting together and being active before gathering with family and friends before Thanksgiving lunch/dinner!🧡💛

When: Thursday, Nov.23rd- Thanksgiving Day!

🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️It’s another HOT week which means it’s a GREAT day to do our Pool Workout!
We will definitely be skipping the land exercises and do all pool exercises!🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️

We meet on Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm at my parents pool (westside) and do resistance training land stations and pool workouts!💪

This class is so much fun and for every fitness level!
