Hello and welcome to The Grazing Flock! I’m Lauren, the creator behind the charcuterie boards. Growing up on a sheep operation in Colorado, I developed a deep appreciation for timeless traditions and the simple joys of gathering around great food. The name “The Grazing Flock” felt like the perfect way to honor my roots while celebrating the art of grazing.
