Helianthus and silphium plants continue to bloom well through mid-summer in the Cissy Wise Wildflower Meadow and Downing Children's Garden entrance.
Kerria bushes, also known as Japanese marigold bushes, add their bright yellow puffy blooms throughout the garden. Let this stand of kerria welcome you up the Hanna Jabara Entry Garden.

Continuing out onto the Martha Parriott Terrace Garden, Chinese native pink-blooming clerodendron by the greenhouse encourages visitors to pause.

Finally, come find the almost endless number of new flowers blooming from the freshly established blanketflower in the Cissy Wise Wildflower Meadow. This plant attracts both pollinators to the nectar-rich blooms and birds to the seedheads.
