Mental health tip:

Try writing down your worries before bed.
Sometimes getting thoughts out of your head and onto paper can help your mind relax and be ready for a peaceful night of sleep. 😌

Let’s normalize:

• Going to therapy
• Setting boundaries
• Saying no without over-explaining
• Taking mental health days
• Not having everything figured out

You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to explain your needs to be valid.
And you don’t have to have it all together to deserve support.
If you’ve been thinking about therapy, I currently have openings and would be happy to support you.

Mental health reminder:

Rest is productive.
Taking care of your mental health is not a waste of time.

Friendly reminder:

Just because you’re the one everyone else relies on doesn’t mean you have to carry everything alone.

Support is important too. 💞

Spring is here! 🌼

This little stretch of warm weather feels like a reminder to check in with ourselves ☀️

Getting outside even for 10 or 15 minutes can seriously help your mental health. Fresh air, sunlight, a short walk. No intense workout needed. Just step outside, breathe and enjoy the sunshine.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just “off,” try changing your environment for a bit. Let the sun hit your face. Notice the sounds around you, notice the grass, the trees or animals. Notice the cars or houses that may be around you. Give your mind a break from screens and to-do lists.
Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference. 💛

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

In a world that constantly pushes us to do more, give more, and be more, self-care can easily fall to the bottom of our priority list. But when we neglect ourselves for too long, it shows up as burnout, irritability, exhaustion, and just overall unhappiness.

Things that can be self care for you:

• Saying no when you need to
• Getting enough rest
• Moving your body in ways that feel good
• Making space for quiet
• Reaching out for support
• Protecting your time and energy

You are allowed to prioritize your well-being. In fact, it’s one of the healthiest things you can do.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin, therapy can help you recreate balance in your life and help you reconnect with what truly makes you the happiest version of yourself.

If this season brings stress, sadness, grief, or just feels heavy, your feelings are valid. There’s no right way to experience the holidays, and you don’t owe anyone excitement or cheer.
If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, or feel like you could use extra support during this time, I’m here and currently scheduling new appointments. You don’t have to navigate it alone. 🤍
Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or have questions.

The holidays aren’t always the “most wonderful time of the year.” Sometimes they bring up sadness, stress, or memories that feel heavier than the celebrations around us. 🎄💔
If this season feels a little different for you, you’re not alone. Not everyone is walking into the holidays with joy, and that’s okay.

Here’s to giving ourselves grace, slowing down when we need to, and remembering that whatever your feelings may be, they are valid. If this season is tough for you, I’m sending positive vibes your way. ❤️

Please know this: you don’t have to sit with it by yourself. If you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to feel free to reach out. I always strive to create a safe environment to express yourself.
