We had an amazing time celebrating our dads and father figures yesterday at our Parkwood Lane location! 💙🎉 Thank you to all the fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and special role models who joined us for a fun-filled event. We loved spending time together and making special memories with our Bright Minds families. 😊

A huge thank you to our incredible director for organizing this wonderful Carnival Event and to our amazing staff for helping make it all possible. 👏

Today we had such an insightful and positive meeting with our new Management Team and new staff at our Parkwood Lane location 💛

It was truly a moment of alignment, reflection, and excitement as we begin this new chapter for Bright Minds Early Learning Center.

With new management, new professional staff, and a shared commitment to growth, we are stepping into a completely fresh start, full of energy, focus, and purpose. This is more than change… it is a new beginning!

Today’s meeting centered around meaningful goal setting—both personal and professional—and beginning the important work of defining our Core Values together as a team. Each teacher will have a voice in shaping who we are and what we stand for, as we also begin developing our renewed Mission Statement as a united group.

We will be continuing this same intentional process at our E 37th location as well, ensuring both centers are aligned, strong, and moving forward together.

We are so excited for what is ahead. This is a time of rebuilding, refocusing, and recommitting to what matters most: our children, our families, and our dedicated staff.
