This week in our Journey Continues class, we talked about healthy boundaries. 💜
A few reminders we learned:
• Boundaries are not about controlling others — they help us love well.
• We all have limited time, energy, and emotional capacity.
• Healthy boundaries help bring peace where there is chaos.
• We cannot force others to change, but we can practice self-control.
• Boundaries help us stay safe, stable, and focused on God.
Our biggest reminder: keep your eyes on the Master. God knows what we need, and He helps us love others without losing the best of who we are. ✨

Our Fresh Hope Diaper Depot will resume on June 1st, 2026!

We provide support for individuals and families who are struggling to meet basic necessities by offering diapers and a package of wipes every 30 days.

Appointments are scheduled on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
