Footvolley was created back in 1965 in Brazil. Footvolley combines field rules that are based on those of beach volleyball with ball-touch rules taken from soccer. Essentially footvolley is beach volleyball except players are not allowed to use their hands and a soccer ball replaces the volleyball.

Here’s an example of a drill you can practice to work on receiving the ball and turning your body, using the proper foot to have a better segment into the play. 🔥🔥 Bella has been practicing with us for a short period of time and has gotten an instant improvement on her touches and positioning.👏🏼⚽️.

Wichita community and area, we have great news for our Soccer community. James Togbah and I(Leonardo Sosa), are going to be offering high-level camps, small groups divided into specific positions and 1on1 training. Combining power and knowledge we are going to be able to present an elite program for soccer players of all ages and abilities.
