"The authority to drive outside traffic regulations requires the use of emergency lights and siren. When the siren and/or emergency lights are turned off, the authority to drive contrary to traffic regulations ceases."

We are not a hate group...we sympathize with the police officer involved in this accident, as he was a victim of the policy from Police Chief. Police chief is the one who placed this policy and can remove this police from our voice.
