This week, our Western Kansas Area Leader Andy Fahrmeier joined the Garden City Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast to share about Hutton's work and mission. Showing up consistently for community matters to us, and we're grateful for the chance to support the Chamber as this year's breakfast sponsor.

Andy talked about our talented Garden City team members, how Hutton approaches projects, and the relationships we keep, from before the build to long after it's complete. We've been investing in Garden City since 2008, and we're committed to keep showing up.

Some buildings get a second chance to make an impact.

What was once a family fun center has been completely transformed into Nex-Tech's new corporate office, network operations center and data center in Salina, KS. The renovation gave new life to a familiar community landmark while creating a modern, technology-driven workplace designed to support Nex-Tech's continued growth and the customers they serve across Kansas.

Working together with Nex-Tech and Jones Gillam Renz Architects, Hutton Design+Build brought the reimagined space to life in a way that blends collaboration, innovation and critical infrastructure while preserving the value of an existing building.

The completed facility now serves as the hub for Nex-Tech's operations, supporting the broadband, managed IT, cybersecurity and technology services they provide throughout the region.

Earlier this week, we celebrated alongside Garden City Community College and GMCN Architects as we kicked off construction of the new Construction Trades Center.

The 11,350 SF instruction and training space will house the construction and electrical technology programs. We're proud to help further the student experience at GCCC and be a part of building the future of the construction industry!
