When an aircraft goes AOG, every minute counts. Recently, our aftermarket team shipped a Challenger left‑hand windshield late on a Friday afternoon, and the customer received it by Saturday morning. They installed it just in time to get the band Journey to their next destination.

A huge thank‑you to our aftermarket team — Eddie, Kris, Kelsey, Jaida, and Nimesh — for making fast, reliable, mission‑ready support possible.

And to top it off, our customer was so grateful that they sent us fresh crab for the team to enjoy. Now that’s appreciation!
