The Alloy team kicked off the week with a site walk-through of the new Valley Park Elementary School! This K–4 facility is one of several projects we've designed in partnership with Valley Center Public Schools, USD 262 . We're grateful to support this growing district by creating spaces where students will learn, grow, and make memories for years to come.

Next in our Summer Postcard Series, Geoff is sharing architectural inspiration from his trip to Trondheim, Norway.

While rich in history and tradition, Trondheim showcases a wide architectural range—from the Gothic style of Nidaros Cathedral to the distinct historic wharf house architecture (often called brygger in Norwegian). Together, these monumental landmarks and everyday buildings tell the story of a city.

Places like these are a reminder that great architecture isn’t limited to one style—it shapes how we experience and remember place.
