This home may have been built for Monica Riggs, but with a little convincing from her husband, Tim, we were able to sneak in something special for him too — a Denver Broncos–themed custom flake blend with a Broncos logo embedded into the topcoat.

Monica’s story is one of service, sacrifice, and resilience. As a United States Air Force veteran living with a service-connected disability, everyday accessibility and durability matter. This garage floor is more than a cosmetic upgrade — it’s a surface built to be safer, easier to maintain, and made to last.

For Monica, this project is about giving back to someone who has already given so much.

For Tim… well, it’s also about making sure the Broncos are represented properly.
