This morning started with prom flowers. If you don't know, I have to get my creative fix with corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets around high school dance time.

Promptly followed by 3 virtual showings.

Off to my amazing neighbor to help her decorate a beautiful strawberry cake for a family gathering.

Then I took a few hours to PURGE my closet! Whoa! I had things that needed to go.

Finally taking a moment to reflect and Regroup for tomorrow!!

This one has been a long time coming! This sweet family has been looking for a while and when the right one went on market we were ready!

Today was the DAY! With the help of Matt Hamm and so many other great industry professionals my clients said YES to the house.

My most favorite moment was when the youngest member of this sweet family said "Please don't let anyone buy this house from us. I love it!" To which I responded, "This one will be all yours."
