Out of the office today thanks to a weather-related migraine, therefore I’ll be taking the day to get some bodywork myself (shout out to Liz for getting me in) and a much-needed rest/reset day. I’ll be back in the office Friday ready to help you!
Weather changes can be rough on the body — especially for headaches, migraines, joint pain, and old injuries. Massage can help by reducing muscle tension, improving range-of-motion, and calming the nervous system during those pressure and temperature swings.

Let’s talk about cupping. Have you experienced cupping before?
