Today I had an inspiring conversation with Curt Coffman, Barton School Executive in Residence and Spero Team Member, about my TalentSet survey for the Spero Career Readiness Program. Reflecting with Curt on my “why” made me realize I’ve always known my true motivation but often doubted if I could turn it into a fulfilling, financially stable career. The Spero program has reignited my passion and given me hope, while mentors like Curt continually boost my confidence. Tomorrow part two of the program starts, and I’m excited for what’s to come!

Week 7 of the Spero Career Readiness Program was insightful and inspiring. Dr. Eric Mota delivered an engaging presentation on Corporate Communication, where he shared valuable insights into the importance of effective communication in the business world. One particularly intriguing aspect of his talk was the story behind the naming of the Promise Bridge, which highlighted how branding and messaging can shape perceptions and create connections within a community. It was a great opportunity to learn about the significance of clear communication in driving successful initiatives.
