“Date for Re-Opening
Kansas Governor Laura Kelly has announced a plan to reopen Kansas. As to licensees under the jurisdiction of the Kansas Board of Cosmetology, the following link states that shops and schools can reopen when Phase 2 begins – which is no earlier than May 18. The Governor may extend Phase 1 beyond May 18 and licensees and schools have to wait until Phase 2 actually begins.”- KBOC
