TEAM HOSPICE IS OPEN!!! We are taking patients in the greater Wichita area. We are here with highly skilled professionals and veterans that have a passion for guiding patients and families through the end of life journey.

While Team Hospice primarily focuses on veterans, you do not have to be a veteran to receive our hospice services. We will also provide services to anyone that has a veteran in their family and anyone that supports our veterans. Hospice is for anyone facing a terminal illness and wanting to have the best quality of life with the time that they have left. When done right, hospice is a peaceful and healing journey for patients and families.

Team Hospice is working on getting our name out in the Wichita and surrounding community! If any facilities, offices, or homes come to mind that we should be sure not to miss please let us know. We are looking forward to building connections to give great care!

We want to know: what issues have you or your loved ones ran into with hospice care? What could be better?

For example, we have received multiple calls of family members desperately trying to contact the hospice agencies caring for their loved ones that aren’t our patients. It’s unacceptable the family doesn’t have the resources they need to call for help BEFORE they need it. We’d like to know what other gaps in quality care you have encountered.

Our approach at Team Hospice includes the patient and family in decisions and we believe many of these common mistakes are preventable. Let us know your thoughts!
