Things I wish more brow artists knew… ✨

Your clients are your billboards. The work you send out the door will always speak louder than what you post online.

Brows are not a “quick wax & send them on their way” service. Every set of brows requires strategy, patience, & intention. It’s taken me YEARS to work efficiently YET effectively!

Less hair removed almost always equals better long-term results. Over-waxing is the fastest way to lose a client’s trust, I see it every week when a new client walks through my door unhappy with their previous brow experience—I take pride in PROGRESS over PERFECTION. 👏🏼

Communication matters! What a client thinks they want & what their brows actually need can be two very different things. Consultations are everything & asking the correct questions can make or break the service.

Consistency builds retention! When clients know they’ll receive the same quality & care every appointment, they stay. I can wholeheartedly stand on this as a booked & busy 10 year brow artist!

Standing firm on your policies! This makes room for the clients who respect your time, your work & your business.

Lastly…this industry grows when we focus on education, integrity & results! Knowledge & practice is POWER!
