Sleep is the ultimate recovery tool — and often the first thing sacrificed.

When you sleep, your brain is:

This week’s challenge:

Prioritize one sleep-supportive habit:
• Set a consistent bedtime
• Limit screens 60 minutes before sleep
• Build a calming nighttime routine
• Give yourself permission to rest
