As hard as it is to believe, we're already halfway through the year.
The first six months have been a whirlwind. We've celebrated wins, faced challenges, promoted team members, welcomed new talent, and continued evolving in ways we never imagined. With three Loan Officers currently ranking the team to the top of the market, we're excited to see what adding even more talented professionals to our team will accomplish. This year has brought plenty of late nights, creative problem-solving, and a few files that simply couldn't cross the finish line. But helping family's others might overlook is exactly why we do what we do. Every client deserves someone willing to fight for their dream of homeownership.
While many stories stand out, one in particular reminds me why Team Rangel and Guild Mortgage Cherry Creek Region do things differently. A borrower was unexpectedly life-flighted from Western Kansas to Wichita in the middle of their home purchase. What could have been a devastating roadblock became a rallying point. The transaction required several unique solutions, and some of the smaller service providers involved simply didn't have the resources or flexibility to adjust. Sherri and the real estate agent rolled up their sleeves and went to work. A mobile notary was coordinated to meet the family at the hospital. When additional costs arose and others were unwilling to help absorb them, Guild Mortgage stepped up to ensure the transaction continued smoothly.
