If you hired someone to optimize your website and they didn’t do this, they cost you money.

Any website optimization project has to include web accessibility improvements, or you’re actively excluding up to 27% of your market and trillions in spending power. Not a great thing, right?

In this week’s blog, we break down how accessibility standards are the key to improving your website’s performance.

No, really. These guidelines will improve your SEO, user experience, and even increase your AI visibility. Read how at the link in my bio.

A team that truly gets along produces the absolute best work.

When Kalyn flew out for our team photoshoot a few months ago, turning our virtual relationship IRL was seamless. We're already joking about more fun destinations for next time than winter in Kansas.

But the best thing about our entire team? We truly care about how we help our clients. It doesn't matter if they're a large organization or a small, local business. All of them are getting the highest quality work in return.

What's one thing you love about your team?

Have you ever gone to a restaurant’s website hoping to look at a menu, click on the link, and get a PDF instead of a webpage?

The literal worst. I don’t want to pinch and zoom to see what I can eat.

Here’s the crazy thing: you’re doing that to students. All of the time.

Every time you upload a PDF because it feels easier than adding a webpage, you’re making their lives just a little bit harder. And for those who need assistive tools, that document may be impossible to view.

In this week’s blog, we’re breaking down the accessibility barriers in PDFs, how they impact real students, and what you should do instead. Just in case you have to use some PDFs for legal purposes, I also cover a few basic steps you can take to improve their accessibility.

Marisa has been coding for decades, but she can't do it all alone. That's why we have the amazing Rachana on our team as our Senior Web Developer.

Rachana has been coding for 9+ years, building responsive, user‑friendly WordPress websites, custom themes, plugins, and SEO‑optimized solutions. She hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, which strengthened her foundation in problem‑solving, clean architecture, and scalable development.

When not developing, Rachana is unwinding with nature walks and a cup of chai. She loves going on adventure trips with her husband, Deepak, and is a big fan of thriller, suspense, and killer‑mystery movies and series.
