Please note:
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Future appointments may require a non-refundable booking deposit after repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes often make it difficult to accommodate other clients waiting for availability.
