I NEED TO DROP 15LBS 🤣I forgot to post this yesterday, but I’m posting it now because honestly, I’m proud of myself for trying.
I’ve been doing my best to move more, walk more, and find some kind of balance in the middle of all the food videos, restaurant visits, and business promos I do. Today I’m not even going to lie… I feel lazy. But yesterday I got out there, so I’m counting that as a win.
A lot of people see the food posts and the fun parts, but there’s definitely another side to it too. I’m constantly posting because this is part of my work, and Facebook is part of how I support myself and help local businesses get seen.
So I just wanted to say thank you.
Thank you to the people who watch, share, comment, follow, encourage me, laugh with me, and keep showing up. I really do notice it, and I appreciate it more than you know.
Now I just need to figure out how to keep promoting all this good food without letting it get the best of me. I may have to let ChatGPT help me build a little realistic diet plan next… because whew, these eating-out videos are not playing fair.
