In July, I was hospitalized for West Nile Virus. On the recommendation of my medical team and family, I decided to take a hiatus from the office to ensure complete and total recovery. My excellent staff, nurse practitioner and associate Dr. Thummalapenta have continued to see patients, and I have been working from home. I appreciate all of your prayers, thoughts, cards, and messages. I’m still undergoing physical therapy to regain strength and ability to walk, but I look forward to seeing you all when I return to the office soon.
