Education & Experience

Any Combination of education and experience likely to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities, typically:

High School Diploma or GED

0-6 Months combination of education and experience.

Bilingual in English in Spanish is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance
Effective verbal communication
Ability to effectively present information in one on one conversations with other employees in the organization.
Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement.
Ability to use common sense to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
ability to deal with standardized situation with only occasional or no variables
Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos..
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts.
Ability to work overtime
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to work carefully around food packaging machine, including conveyor belts, fans and loading machines.
Forklift Certified if using electric pallet jack
Ability to trouble shoot.
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to high noise level.
