The CATS Program is looking for a wood/charcoal grill to start learning on. If you have one that is sitting in the way or not getting used as much as it could, please consider us. I can pay a little, since this will be out of my own pocket. Let me hear if you know of one that needs a new home. Thanks 🙂

Unfortunately we are cancelling the CATS Class for Saturday, May 6, 2023. There are just so many folks involved with things here at the end of the year, that we'd only have a couple of students show up. I would like to reschedule in about a month or so, somewhere around the middle of June here at the school and we'll do the May program then.

Let's close out the school year with a fun class!

02/14/2023

The next CATS Class will be held this coming Saturday morning beginning at 8:30 AM; we will be making King Ranch Chicken, a salad, and a side. We will begin a little early so that we can be done with the class and have everything cleaned up and out of the school by noon, if not before- if you come to the class, then it is also your responsibility to stay and clean. Due to the large class size last time, I am limiting the class to the first five people to come sign the sheet on my desk during passing periods today, 2/14/23.

Saturday's class, December 17, 2022: homemade breakfast sausage and latkes with applesauce.

12/09/2022

Hey, gang!
So our next CATS Day will be next Saturday, December 17th starting at 9 AM and should finish sometime around 1 PM.

Our recipes for the day will be homemade pork breakfast sausage and latkes, so another breakfast class once again. If you have ideas or suggestions of something else, let me know.

We will be using my new stand-up mixer and the new meat grinder that was donated to the program. I hope we can make enough for everyone to take a little dab home with them, too.

If you plan to attend, let me know by next Wednesday, December 14th so that I can order enough pork to use for the class. Of course, if any of you have some pork in your freezer that you'd like to donate, I am open to all offers.

See y'all there!
Mr. Dudik
