Bad jokes are good medicine. 😄

While laughter won’t replace exercise, hydration, or good sleep, it can help lower stress and leave you feeling a little lighter. Sometimes a smile is exactly what your nervous system needs.

My dad was full of corny one-liners. A few of my favorites:

😂 “Does 10 pounds of flour make a big biscuit?”
😂 “I’m finer than a frog’s hair split three ways.”
😂 “Better mow the lawn before the yellow tops become fluffy tops.”

They still make me smile...💛
