Northern Stars Advanced Toastmasters

Northern Stars member Sherry Rase, DTM has conducted a successful first-timer session at Toastmasters District 83 conference 20206 on May 2nd. The CEO of Toastmasters International Dan Rex flew from Denver to NJ to inspire the attendees with his keynote address and a workshop. The district ran two successful speech contests in the afternoon (Tall Tales & International Speech). Club members Cyndi, Anne, Louis, Sharon, and Brian have also participated in this conference. Northern Stars had a large presence yesterday.
District 83 will take on additional territories of Westchester NY and Fairfield CT counties. I wish our clubs can take on additional membership soon.
