Dollar Zone Plus will be the New store at the Elm Terrace Shopping Center in Wheeling, WV that will be a combination of Dollar Zone and Ben Franklin Crafts. Effective January 1, 2015 the former Ben Franklin Crafts location will be the new home to Dollar Zone Plus.
