🚨 Important Update from IC Cab 🚨
We regret to inform our riders that due to the continued rise in fuel costs and an increase in passenger no-shows after booking rides, we will be adjusting our minimum fares effective **12:00 a.m. on May 15, 2026**.
**Updated Minimum Rates:**
• **$12 minimum** for all rides originating **south of Brilliant and Wellsburg**
• **$17 minimum** for all rides originating **north of Brilliant and Wellsburg**
We understand that rate changes are never ideal, and this decision was not made lightly. These adjustments help us continue providing safe, reliable transportation while supporting our drivers and maintaining the level of service you expect.
We kindly ask all passengers to be mindful when booking, cancel in advance if plans change, and **plan ahead for your transportation needs whenever possible**—this helps us better serve everyone in our community.
