In 1930, house calls accounted for about 40% of all patient visits; by 1950, that number had dropped to 10%, and by 1980, it was down to just 1%. But as the saying goes, everything old becomes new again, and today's demographic changes suggest that doctors will be making more house calls in the near future!

😧The number of Americans 65 and older is expected to rise to 98 million by 2060. They are projected to make up nearly 24% of the total population, but it's not just them: there are also those living with disabilities that prevent them from leaving the home (the projected supply of long-term care facilities appears to be in short supply).

The future of Anytown P*P is promising as the city's population ages and faces many health care challenges. With our sole purpose of helping those who cannot afford care or have difficulty finding it on their own, we are already a leader in the field.
