Whether you’re a Veteran, a Senior (55+), an Adult facing employment barriers, or a Student prepping for the workforce, Goodwill is here to help you build skills, boost confidence, and find meaningful jobs—all at no cost to you.

🔹 Veterans & Seniors
Through the SCSEP program, you’ll receive paid on-the-job training (~20 hrs/week), develop job-seeking tools like resumes and interview techniques, and gain confidence to step into long-term work .

🔹 Adults with Barriers
Our training centers offer Life Skills, Work Adjustment, Community-Based Assessments, Job Coaching, and Post-Placement Support to help you thrive in the workplace.

🔹 Students & Youth
From Pre-ETS programs that teach resume writing, interviewing, self-advocacy, workplace tours, to Summer Youth Skills & Work sessions that build teamwork, professionalism, and problem-solving—students gain hands-on work experience and essential job skills.

📍Serving communities across Southeast Ohio & Northwest West Virginia via training hubs in Moundsville (WV), Lancaster, Marietta and Zanesville.
