Life insurance.

100+ applications submitted in 90 days.

Not volume.
Decision.

Because no one walks into these conversations ready.
They come in unsure. Delaying. Hoping they have more time.

I know that feeling.

And this team does not dance around that truth.

They stay in the conversation until the fog lifts.
Until the weight becomes real.
Until a decision is made.

No avoidance.
No fluff.
No softening what this actually means.

Just truth.
Just responsibility.

100+ families chose to protect what they’ve built.

And because of that, millions of dollars have now been placed back into this community—
waiting to show up on someone’s worst day,
so their family does not have to carry that burden alone.

And please—
if you do not have life insurance right now…

for the sake of your family’s financial stability,
get something in place.

Not later.
Not when it feels easier.

Now.

On the five-year mark of my father’s passing…
this one is personal.

And the reminder that this work—
is never just business.

Team Roman 🤍

Please help me welcome our newest team member, Sean, to the Veronica Roman State Farm family! 👏🔥

Sean is joining us with a foundation that has been years in the making.

He grew up alongside the Roman household, one of Avian’s first friends, with roots that go back to baseball fields, long days, and a standard built early. They have been playing baseball together since kindergarten. His father coached alongside my husband, which gave us a front row seat to how he was raised, how he competes, and how he shows up.

That matters.

Because what you see now did not happen overnight.

Sean brings a competitive edge shaped through years as a high school athlete. Fast, driven, and disciplined. As a catcher, he learned how to see the full picture, build trust, and take control when it counts. That mindset translates directly into how he approaches his work and the people around him.

But what makes Sean stand out goes beyond performance.

He is a natural connector.

The kind of person who builds relationships easily, brings energy into any room, and knows how to make people feel comfortable while still holding himself to a high standard.

That balance is rare.

He also carries a strong sense of responsibility outside of work, especially as a big brother, where he is intentional about guiding, teaching, and being an example.

And when you talk to Sean about why he is here, it is simple. He wants to build real relationships, be surrounded by people he trusts, and continue to grow.

That aligns perfectly with how we operate.

We are building something powerful here, and adding people like Sean strengthens the standard.

Welcome to the team, Sean. Let’s get to work. 💪🏽

MONDAY, ON PURPOSE — Week 4

Theme: Discernment & Boundaries

This week, be intentional about what you carry.

Not every problem is yours to solve.
Not every situation requires your energy.
Not every voice deserves a response.

Protect your peace
so you can show up well where it truly matters.

Wishing our community a steady, discerning week ahead. 🤍

Monday, On Purpose.

Each Monday, we share a simple reminder
to slow down and start the week with intention, kindness, and clarity.

Not pressure to do more —
just encouragement to move thoughtfully,
to treat people gently,
and to stay grounded in what matters most.

Because how we show up for one another matters.
In our homes.
In our workplaces.
In our community.

New week.
Move with intention.
Lead with kindness — especially in the small, everyday moments.

Wishing our community a steady start to the week. 🤍
