Today, on Veterans Day, the Rotary Club of Wheaton honors and thanks all who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

We are grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of the men and women who protect our freedoms and serve our nation, at home and abroad.

113 years ago, Rotary crossed a border—and started a movement.

On April 13th, 1912, the Rotary Club of Winnipeg received its charter, becoming the first club formed outside the United States, and making Rotary an international organization. That step laid the foundation for the global impact we see today.

Let’s celebrate this historic milestone by recommitting to our shared mission of service without borders.
