Russian Leadership Ministries

One of Moscow Theological Seminary's 9 regional training centers is located near the border of Kazakhstan in the city of Chelyabinsk. Pastor Vyacheslav, an alumnus of the Seminary, has recently returned to the training center to complete additional certification in biblical counseling. He pastors a small church and travels 80 miles from his home town to work on his certification because he finds the subject material to be so helpful for his congregation.

"Pastoral care is the essence of my ministry and I want to become as skilled and effective in it as I can. I am very thankful for the opportunity I have been given to study and for the blessings this training will bring my congregation!"

New church, new life!

Moscow Theological Seminary 5th-year student, Viktor Mashinin, is already using his training and his gifts to bring new life in Christ to his community where there was no Evangelical church before! Already 8 people in the young adult ministry have repented of their sins, devoting their lives to Jesus Christ in baptism. The church has only been established for 18 months.
