If so, there may be a pot of money available to help you go do just that and also help you bring that model back to TN. If are a family member of an individual with a developmental disability or an individual with a DD and live in TN, then check out the new Community Development Grant program from the TN Council on Developmental Disabilities. http://tn.gov/cdd/grantprogram.shtml
