This Juneteenth, we honor the stories of Black individuals who helped shape DuPage County and our nation. One such individual is Mary Ann Freeman Thomas. She was a Wheaton resident whose life reflects generations of resilience, community, and hope. Her story reminds us that history is both local and personal. To learn more about Mary Ann and other remarkable individuals from our County's past visit our latest exhibit Serving With Honor.
