For me, most days it’s weight training and a long walk. Since covid started I have been working out at home and it just stopped feeling challenging or motivating so I decided to get a gym membership again and could not be happier. I’ve always been a little bit of a gym rat even though life cuts in sometimes and I go through lulls, this is always where I revert back to. Some days I beat myself up because if I just never had to “start over” I’d be lifting way heavier than this picture here, but I like to live life and not be stuck in the gym 24/7 so this is where I’m at right now and I’m okay with it. I just remind myself that it’s all about moving my body in the ways that feel good for me. This will be my last lifting session until next week but I know I’ll be movin, groovin, and massaging so much at the music festival 😎👯‍♀️🪩
one day I’ll feel cool enough in the gym to take videos or pictures of me actually working out but today was not that day😂

That might look like taking a walk, lifting weights, making a delicious meal, meditating, stretching, breath work, getting off social media, getting a massage (😉) and a whole lotta other things.
You can’t pour from an empty cup no matter how hard you try. All of the people around you will be better off if you take care of you first- remember that!
