Hello! I’d like to reintroduce myself and share a bit about the massage therapy I offer.

I’m Katie, and I’ve been a massage therapist for over a decade. After taking two extended breaks to welcome each of my daughters, I’ve rediscovered my deep passion for massage therapy and take great pride in my work.

I, would not say that I am your typical deep tissue massage therapist. I don’t work with injury recovery, in fact, I prefer not to. I specialize in a nurturing and restorative deep tissue therapy. Although I’ve always had a strong touch, I found that deep tissue massages often lacked the balance between effectiveness and relaxation. This led me to develop my own system and protocol, ensuring that my deep tissue work is both effective and soothing.

Having experienced the challenges of maternal mental health firsthand, I’ve found a special calling in working with women who are overwhelmed and often neglecting their own well-being. I believe that massage should be more than just a luxury—it should be a profound experience of healing and self-care. When a therapist can truly see and empathize with their client, the therapeutic benefits extend far beyond the session itself.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, from state-of-the-art chiropractic offices to high-end massage boutiques, and even with professionals from NASA. I am proud of my work and excited to continue helping women, mothers, and people from all walks of life feel seen and whole, even if just for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Just some updated photos of the massage space. Not much is changed except for some additional art and new linens. One of my favorite things about massage is creating a space for people to walk into and say “ oh this feels so cozy!”

This room had together with a lot of thought and intention. I am missing a few key pieces like some twinkle lights and some artwork but all in all it’s 99% done and I’m incredibly proud.

I want people to feel cozy, a sense of deep calm and just overall comfort when they come in this space. I hope that it serves that purpose for many people for years to come.
