When's the best time to brush?

As long as you're brushing before and after sleep, you're on the right track. There's no right time to brush, but many recommend brushing first after breakfast to maximize freshness and cleanliness and again after your final meal of the day. This schedule creates the least time for food to sit in the mouth gathering bacteria.
