🏘️ Frank was similar to my parents — and when I say parents, I mean the decision maker, my mom. When I was young we moved often and lived in 5-6 houses by the time I graduated high school. One time we literally moved 3 houses down. My mom craved newness and was always on the hunt.

Frank also moved houses frequently and leaned on me for his home theater and distributed audio needs. Lucky for me, shortly after I was fired from my previous employer, Frank got in touch about designing and pre-wiring his new build.

This was technically my first big job and critical to building some capital to help launch Crescendo. It wasn't a massive job and not a windfall by today's standards, but a much-needed boost financially and a vote of confidence, which I was lacking.

I didn't have much to offer at the time other than my KISS advice, labor and some speakers/electronics I could get from a local distributor and my fathers store Alterman Audio Inc., but it set the journey in motion.

There are many, many customers to whom I owe gratitude — memorable stops along Crescendo's thirteen-year journey. Every single one matters, but especially those who believed and trusted me early on.
