Would you bring your baby to a massage?
If childcare is keeping you from taking care of yourself, bring them with you 🤍
I truly love when babies come into my space. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not—and that’s okay.
Today was a first… I gave a massage while wearing a baby! He fell asleep almost instantly, and mama got the care she deserved.
Honestly… the best part? He was so much lighter then my two year old baby, I barely noticed him 😄

Traveling in Thailand with a Teen and Toddler has been so much easier then I thought it was going to be.
It's wild, wonderful, HOT and so amazing!
We have taken ferrys and longtail boats, saw temples and sunrises, sat on the back of trucks and motorbikes. We've swam and snorkled. Hiked and climbed.
We have rested and relaxed as well. Thank goodness for Toddler's daily nap time. 😴
We have had some insanely good food and drinks.
The most helpful / special part is everyone loves the Toddler. He has made new friends everywhere we go. The Thai people really have been so sweet with him.
We've had some hard times. Like any day with a two year old. But I'm so glad we made this trip a reality!
And I'm so grateful for my husbands willingness to go on this adventure with me!

You’re doing so much. Your body feels it.
Postpartum massage isn’t about pampering—it’s about supporting your nervous system, easing pain, and helping you feel like yourself again.
Many clients say they feel:
✨ deeply rested (like they finally slept)
✨ more comfortable in their body; less aches and pains
✨ calmer and better able to care for their baby
You deserve care during postpartum time (which is technically 2 years after birth) 🤍
Your body has done something incredible.

I wish more first-trimester mamas knew they don’t need to sleep on their side the moment they find out they’re pregnant.
You can safely sleep on your back with a small wedge or pillow under your right hip to gently shift the weight off the main artery and vein. This is generally comfortable and supportive up until around 22 weeks.
This matters. So many of my clients start side-sleeping immediately—long before it’s necessary—and end up with sore hips and shoulders as a result.
Early pregnancy doesn’t need more rules.
It needs rest—and a body that still feels good

Snow day outfit essential: these boots. ❄️😍
I love everything about them.
Indigenous-made, waterproof leather, soft lining, Vibram soles — which means they are good for your feet and seriously comfy for walking in snow.
I’ve had mine for years and they still look brand new.
Which boots do you reach for when it snows? Tell me below. 👇
