The Public Housing Pre‑Application List opens Friday, May 15, 2026, at 12:01 AM and closes May 26 at 11:59 PM. Applications will be accepted online only at denverhousing.org/dha-availability. Yesterday, staff joined the Jefferson County Commissioners as they proclaimed May as Affordable Housing Awareness Month in Jeffco.
