Today, we celebrated Carl Hobson, who officially hung up his safety glasses and his forklift inspection sheets after 10 incredible years with CDS! 🎉

Carl’s been the heartbeat of our mornings—always the first to arrive (sometimes before the sun!) and the first to brew that legendary pot of coffee that fueled us all. His laughter could fill the warehouse, and his work ethic set the bar for everyone around him.

This morning, we got to see Carl “pass the baton” to Rudy Monaco, marking a new beginning for both. As Carl heads into retirement, he’s most looking forward to time with his grandkids between New Jersey and Detroit—and probably not setting that alarm clock anymore! ☕🌅

Thank you, Carl, for a decade of dedication, laughter, and heart. You’ll be missed more than words can say—enjoy every second of retirement, you’ve earned it! 💛
