Arthur's mom has a vintage shop, Vintage Victorian, and this Friday, June 26, at 1:00pm she is hosting an online Vintage Jewelry Auction fundraiser for the Gingerbreads on whatnot.com!!

Wendell, Barney and his mom Lynne, and I will be with Arthur and Melissa at her store in Delhi, NY, hanging out while she hosts the live auction of amazing vintage jewelry. I can tell you from experience you can score some amazing deals and get some beautiful stuff! Auctions start at $1 and free shipping.

If you are not familiar with whatnot.com, it's super easy, just download the app on your phone (and/or computer), create an account, become a "verified buyer" which takes a couple seconds, and then search Vintage Victorian and follow her page so you can easily find the show on Friday at 10am. I also pasted a link below directly to the show.

To bid you simply swipe a button at the bottom of the screen when a piece is being auctioned. It is timed (~15 seconds) so whoever has the highest bid when the clock runs out wins. And then we move to the next piece. It moves fast. There is a chat field so folks can comment, engage, and/or make friends. You will be able to chat with me and the pups.

Even if you don't care to shop, join us anyway to hang out, see the pups, have fun, and win free stuff! From your mobile app you can see the button to enter the free giveaways, it pops up top right on your screen (don't know why they don't have it on the computer version).

You don't need to buy anything to enter the giveaways but you do need your account set up since shipping etc., is automated thru whatnot. Whatever address you have plugged in is where your stuff will be sent, so please double check your account info.

As many of you already know, I have been working on setting up a vintage designer bag auction fundraising event for the rescue, so this is a great opportunity to get my feet wet.

Btw, let me know if you are interested in shopping for bags during the Live and which brands and I can bring inventory for that. Fyi, "shopping" at the auction is not a commitment until you bid. So there is no pressure at all to engage unless you want to.

You can hang out, chat, and that's it, which I do often since I'm usually working and miss half the stuff I want to try to win anyway! lol
