Reminder!

No class this Friday - we will return Monday, April 11th at 5:45am for 50/50. Nine classes to go!

It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later (and around town).

After a lot of contemplation, I’ve decided to take a step back from teaching. A really great opportunity has presented itself and I chose to take the leap. As much as I would love to balance all the things, I know realistically I can’t.

April 29th will be the last of my classes - with April 5th being my last Tuesday Evening Virtual Barre. Please use this time as an opportunity to finish up class cards. Make sure to pop in to the April 29th (Free) 5:45am Cardio HIIT class and also check out the No Place Like Om Family Yoga class to help benefit Webb Elementary’s production of the Wizard of Oz (all proceeds will go directly to the production).

It’s been an amazing five years of teaching, counting, sweating, squatting, posing, laughing, and forcing everyone to listen to my playlists!

Most importantly, it’s led me to my next adventure - combining all the things I love ( ).

Thank you to all who have shown up over the years and for all the love, support, kindness, and lasting friendships. ❤️
