This week’s DEI training at the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors gave me a lot to reflect on 💚

One of the most powerful reminders:
Equity is not just about race.

It’s about understanding that people have different experiences, barriers, perspectives, and needs and what is equitable can change depending on the room we’re in.

One of my biggest takeaways:

Learning how to shift perspective, communication, and approach is valuable not only in leadership and business—but also in our homes, relationships, and communities.
