Taught my first Qigong Drumming class tonight. Results so far: • zero drugs • zero chanting • zero crystals But after about 40 minutes everyone felt like they were slightly stoned. Turns out rhythm + breathing + bilateral movement does some interesting things to the nervous system. Humans have been using drumming for thousands of years to regulate the mind and body. We’re just rediscovering it in stool form.
