RJ Sanding

Here is a floor we installed. The homeowner gave us free range to do whatever we wanted. We did what I call a “basket weave” around the fire place using some 2 1/4”white oak. We did the same in the front entry way and filled the middle with 4“ white oak that matched the rest of the house. In the middle of the job, I came up with an idea of adding an inlay, but the wood wouldn’t have arrived in time. So we improvised by staining the boards dark walnut . I felt like the entry way was a focal point and wanted it to stand out. I love when I have a vision in my head and I am able to turn it into a reality. Roger 413-564-9672

It’s been awhile since we last posted, so I figured I would share a job we finished up. Since this company is doing a great thing, we decided to help them out the best we could and donate our time and supplies. Empowered Kids is now open in Westfield and is a learning center for autistic kids. Thank you James Williams for giving us a hand and helping out with some of the environmentally safe water base polyurethane. We wanted to make sure the kids are safe with the products we used. So I’ve been wanting to post this but haven’t had the time. I was asked to do another church by Joe Deedy the owner of Moo-Licious Ice cream.
