Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant
Location: Cleveland, OH Area

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of licensed nurse, carries out routine patient care and participating in more complex patient care needs. Communicates all independent observations to the team nurse or charge nurse. Documents as assigned. May participate in patient care conferences as assigned. May function as a preceptor for new nursing assistants. Carries out all duties as assigned by the charge nurse.

Qualifications:
- Clinical training and/or restorative training established by state federal and facility policy.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend, stand, stoop, push, pull, lift and move about continuously throughout the workday
- Involved with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances
- Is subject to work with medical and electrical equipment
- Is subject to work with cleaning and chemical products
